By purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions outlined below. 

  1. Must be 18 years and older on day of the drawing to win. 
  2. Must like and follow WaterDogz on Facebook to win. 
  3. WaterDogz will contact winner via email, phone or other means provided by participants. Winner will have 48 hours to respond once drawing is held.
  4. Winner must provide valid government issued photo ID to claim the prize. No substitutes or stand-ins will be permitted to claim the prize on behalf of the winner.
  5. Those affiliated directly with the Rock the Boat event, and Rock the Boat LLC are not eligible to win.

Water Dogz, LLC and its partners in this charity event are not financially responsible for any licensing, registering, or sales tax. Winner shall be legally and financially responsible for any title transfer feesbthat might be required for the boat and/or raffle item. The boat and/or raffle item is awarded as is, whereis with no warranty.  Winner will be responsible for transporting the boat from the Water Dogz LLC shop location within 14 days of winning. After midnight on the 14th day, if the winner has not collected the boat and removed it from the Water Dogz LLC shop premises, the winner will forfeit their prize and another drawing will be held to select a new winner.
